Objectives:

- to discuss and conclude on the final activities/tasks, including results and outcomes, dissemination tools, impact, evaluation and sustainability of the project.

- to share experiences and learn about closing procedures and final reporting.

- discussing about European Shared Treasure database.

 

Programme of the meeting:

Monday, 5 May 

Welcoming partners in the hotel‘s meeting hall

On Monday evening, 5th May 2014, the partners were welcome at the meeting hall of the Berthelot Hotel. Introductions were made and the teams met each other. The partners were given the meeting agenda and were informed about next day’s agenda and received the appropriate instructions.

After this meeting they attended a free walking program and dining.
